No38 The Park is favored for its beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, some as large as 58 sqm, often described as offering a touch of luxury. Guests frequently highlight the excellent breakfast and the quality of the meals, including a superbly cooked steak. Its location is very convenient, close to the town center and opposite a beautiful park, and it is just a short walk to the racecourse. Though most find it delightful, a few guests have mentioned minor wear on some of the furniture.

adequate stay

friendly staffgood breakfastodd welcomesmall closet
the room was lovely with nice touches. the staff are very friendly and helpful, i found. breakfast was good and had a nice variety of choices.
the welcome was odd. i found myself interrogated in a small closet under the stairs while the seated receptionist demanded payment before anything else, i thought. a "good afternoon etc" would have been better received.
